Accounting Operations Contractor

Job Summary

Owning the monthly partner billing cycle, the full-time Accounting Operations Contractor will manage billing processes, partner communications, and data integrity while working remotely on a 6-month contract with potential for extension.

Key responsibilities

• Run the complete monthly partner billing cycle, including gathering inputs and generating reports
• Manage partner communications, including billing inquiries and invoice tracking in NetSuite
• Support month-end close activities through reconciliations and journal entry preparation

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or finance operations
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite AR and billing processes
• Ability to manage a deadline-driven monthly cycle independently
• Strong written communication skills for direct partner interactions
• Familiarity with SQL or BigQuery for data investigation (preferred)
