Accounting Operations Contractor

Job Summary

Owning the monthly partner billing cycle, the full-time Accounting Operations Contractor will provide finance operations support remotely for a 6-month engagement, managing billing processes, partner communications, and data discrepancies.

Key responsibilities

• Run the full monthly partner billing cycle, gathering inputs and generating reports for internal review
• Manage partner-facing communications, including billing inquiries and invoice issuance in NetSuite
• Support month-end close activities through account reconciliations and journal entry preparation

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or finance operations
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite AR and billing processes
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines independently
• Professional written communication skills for direct partner interactions
• Familiarity with SQL or BigQuery for data investigation (preferred)
