Job Summary

Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time Accounting Operations Coordinator will manage accounts payable, oversee company credit card and expense processes, and provide internal support to staff while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Process vendor invoices and payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational policies
  • Administer the company credit card program, including transaction reconciliation and compliance monitoring
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for finance-related inquiries and assist with onboarding staff on financial systems
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance operations
  • Strong understanding of accounts payable and expense management processes
  • Familiarity with expense management tools such as Expensify and Bill.com
  • Experience with accounting systems like Sage Intacct preferred
