Accounting Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Operations Manager responsible for overseeing accounting operations and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial transactions and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting functions including journal entries, account reconciliations, and balance sheet management
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial statements
• Identify opportunities to automate accounting workflows and collaborate with IT and Finance to enhance systems

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles
• Proven experience managing accounting operations and month-end closing processes
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
