Accounting Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Accounting Operations & Finance Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead general ledger accounting processes and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Serve as the Finance functional owner for SAP financial modules and act as the liaison between Finance and IT
• Support the transition to SAP S/4HANA and ensure effective integration of accounting processes and controls

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, or related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting, financial operations, or financial systems
• Advanced experience with SAP Finance modules required
• Experience with ERP implementations or major system upgrades (S/4HANA preferred)
• Prior team leadership or people management experience preferred
