• Deliver a seamless customer onboarding experience for bookkeeping services and related add-ons

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
• 5-8+ years of experience in accounting, client onboarding, or operations-focused roles
• Strong understanding of full-cycle accounting and complex accounting scenarios
• Proven ability to assess messy or incomplete books and set realistic expectations
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
