Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute financial accounting, reporting, and monitoring aligned with business goals
• Oversee financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Manage general ledger accounts and support month-end and year-end closing processes

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience and management experience
• Experience in a publicly traded consumer financial services company preferred
• Experience in building and mentoring high-performing accounting teams
• Experience supporting finance transformation in a growing business
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or comparable experience
