Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Accounting Operations Manager will own critical operational processes related to purchasing, payments, and payroll while driving improvements and automation in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive scalable and efficient accounting operations across procure-to-pay, payroll, and expense management
• Oversee accounts payable and payroll operations, ensuring accurate processing and compliance
• Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance workflows and strengthen internal controls

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in accounting operations or related functions
• Experience implementing accounting systems and driving process improvements
• Proficiency in balance sheet account reconciliations and audit processes
• Strong systems aptitude and ability to leverage technology for operational efficiency
