Job Summary

To oversee essential financial operations, the full-time remote Accounting Operations Manager will manage payroll processing, customer billing, and accounts receivable while ensuring efficient contract administration and software licensing.

Key responsibilities

• Manages payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate employee payments
• Supervises customer billing activities, including invoicing and payment application
• Leads accounts receivable management, focusing on collections and customer account follow-up

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in payroll, billing, accounts receivable, or related functions, including 1-2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong understanding of billing processes and revenue administration
• Experience with software licensing and contract administration is highly desirable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP and billing software systems
