Accounting Operations Manager

Job Summary

Leading the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions, the full-time salaried Accounting Operations Manager will manage day-to-day operations, drive process improvements, and oversee a team of specialists in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the order entry and billing process, ensuring accurate invoicing and resolution of past-due balances
• Oversee AP processing, vendor relationships, and procurement processes while driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead system evaluations and implementations, ensuring efficient AR/AP operations and documentation of procedures

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounts payable and/or accounts receivable experience, including people management
• Demonstrated ownership of collections functions or vendor/AP operations
• Experience with ERP platforms, preferably Sage Intacct
• Experience leading or supporting procurement or AP automation implementations
• Strong vendor and customer relationship management skills with a track record of building scalable processes
