Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Operations System Analysis Program Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a systems analysis team supporting Oracle Cloud ERP Financials
• Set expectations and standards for systems analysis, ensuring documentation of current processes and delivery of improvements
• Provide leadership over intake triage, backlog prioritization, and production support operating models

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business analysis, business administration, finance, or a related field
• 10+ years of business analysis experience in Finance/Accounting operations or Finance Systems
• Hands-on experience supporting Oracle Cloud ERP/Financials
• Strong understanding of accounting operations and close processes
• A proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment built on collaboration and accountability
