Accounting Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Operations Generalist.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate order entry, invoicing, and collections in the Order-to-Cash process
• Collaborate with Account Managers to maintain customer communication regarding payment issues
• Generate accounts receivable reports and provide insights to Customer Success and Finance teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in accounting, particularly in order entry, invoicing, and collections
• Solid understanding of basic accounting and bookkeeping processes
• Experience with QuickBooks Online; familiarity with Maxio is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with CRMs such as HubSpot or Salesforce
