Accounting Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Owning the monthly financial operations workflow, the full-time hybrid Accounting Operations Specialist will manage invoicing, revenue projections, and budget analysis while ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage monthly intercompany invoicing and revenue projections across all brands
• Conduct monthly budget analysis reviews and prepare commission reports
• Oversee quarterly EU VAT reporting and maintain vendor relationships

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial operations
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting financial statements and reports
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets
• Experience with QuickBooks Online/desktop
• Familiarity with AI tools for data tasks, such as Claude or ChatGPT
