Job Summary

Providing leadership and subject matter expertise, the full-time Principal Accounting Process Analyst will enhance financial reporting integrity and operational processes while working remotely across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and improve accounting, reporting, and operational processes to ensure accurate financial outcomes and compliance with business and regulatory requirements
• Conduct complex analyses of financial and operational data, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and drive process improvements
• Support audits and internal control activities by preparing documentation and ensuring compliance with established requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, operations, or systems-related roles
• Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes, with the ability to apply these concepts across multiple areas
• Proficiency with data tools (e.g., Power Query, Power BI) and financial systems to support process improvements
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively across functions and communicate with a range of stakeholders, including leadership
