Job Summary

To support the successful placement of accounting and finance professionals, the remote Accounting Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting efforts, including talent sourcing, candidate evaluation, and client interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and manage full-cycle recruiting efforts, including talent sourcing and onboarding
• Engage daily with clients and candidates to build relationships and understand staffing needs
• Utilize various sourcing techniques, including social media and networking, to attract diverse candidates

Required qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of recruiting experience in the accounting and finance sector
• BA/BS degree is required
• Established network of clients in the accounting and finance industry
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office tools
• Demonstrated ability to execute successful sourcing strategies and maintain a professional network
