Job Summary
A company is looking for an Accounting Service Desk Specialist to manage accounting and billing inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and resolve accounting and billing inquiries from stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records of actions and resolutions in the ServiceNow ticket system
- Provide proactive updates and clear communication regarding accounts and billing
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- 2+ years of accounting or billing experience in a law firm or professional services organization
- Experience with Aderant is required; knowledge of Chromeriver or Kofax preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing demands
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools through continuous learning
