Accounting Services Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of Accounting Specialists and Associates, the full-time hybrid Accounting Services Manager will ensure the quality and timeliness of deliverables, manage client relationships, and drive operational improvements across a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of accounting professionals, setting clear expectations and supporting their professional growth
• Review and ensure compliance of financial deliverables, serving as the first technical escalation point for accounting inquiries
• Manage day-to-day client relationships, addressing escalations and ensuring smooth onboarding for new clients

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred
• 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Hands-on experience reviewing full sets of accounts and managing a client portfolio
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and compliance across multiple jurisdictions
• Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems such as Xero, QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle, with familiarity in automation tools preferred
