Accounting Services Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialist in Accounting Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review full sets of accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Perform account reconciliations and generate management reports, identifying anomalies and proposing corrective actions
• Provide mentorship to Associates and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Finance and Accounting
• Experience in a BPO or shared services environment is advantageous
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with digital/AI tools
