Accounting Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Specialist with healthcare RCM experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accounting functions to ensure accurate and timely financial data
• Manage general ledger activities, including analysis, reconciliations, and journal entries
• Prepare monthly financial statements and collaborate with departments to support decision-making

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in accounting/bookkeeping
• Experience in healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Quickbooks Online
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and build relationships with a remote team
