Accounting Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Specialist to support its corporate accounting and finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer the fixed asset acquisition and disposal process, including monthly transfers and depreciation
• Oversee tax compliance related to sales and use, personal property, and business license renewals
• Assist with bank account reconciliations and support various requests from management

Required Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or GED equivalent required
• At least one (1) year of accounting or administrative experience
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
• Strong organizational skills and accuracy
• High-speed home Internet connection
