Accounting Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform analysis between enrollment, billing, and claims systems to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of processing enrollment and billing activities in compliance with regulations
• Assist with reconciliations, monthly closing activities, audit requests, and annual reporting

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• One or more (1+) years' experience in Finance, Customer Service, Enrollment, and Billing
• Minimum one (1+) year experience in the health care industry
• Knowledge and experience using Excel, Microsoft Word, and ten-key efficiently
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for this requirement
