Accounting Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Specialist to support the Media team by ensuring accurate financial reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of media invoices and vendor statements through auditing and comparison
• Work with media buyers and vendors to resolve discrepancies and support the billing team
• Maintain the media vendor database and ensure timely receipt of media invoices

Required Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in accounting, billing, finance, or related roles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (logic, formulas, lookups, pivot tables)
• Organized and able to self-manage and prioritize tasks
• Open to feedback and adaptable to change
