Accounting Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL)
• Perform full-cycle bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records
• Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end close processes

Required Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in accounting operations
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
• Strong working knowledge of core accounting functions (AP, AR, GL, bookkeeping)
• Experience in preparing and maintaining financial reports
