Accounting Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Specialist to ensure the integrity of accounting information and support the finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform weekly revenue and bank reconciliation after integration into Oracle
• Prepare general ledger journal entries and complete basic balance sheet reconciliations monthly
• Support business-facing teams and respond to audit requests while adhering to accounting deadlines

Required Qualifications

• Minimum two years of accounting experience or an Associate degree in Accounting or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (v-lookup, pivot table, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must meet or exceed monthly accounting deadlines
• Experience with Oracle Fusion financial application is a plus
