Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Specialist to join their team on a long-term contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable processes, including tracking payments and resolving discrepancies
• Prepare and run client expense reports to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Assist in monthly financial statement closings by organizing and reviewing necessary documentation

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable management
• Strong knowledge of billing functions and account reconciliation
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for creating and managing reports
• Familiarity with accounting software, with Workday experience being a plus
