Accounting Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard new vendors and manage ongoing vendor maintenance
• Perform reconciliations and assist with external financial audits
• Support special projects and analyses as directed by management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong experience in accounting operations, particularly in vendor management and accounts payable
• Proficient in accounting software such as NetSuite; familiarity with Google Drive and JIRA is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
