Accounting Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Specialist to support financial and accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare and post journal entries as needed

Required Qualifications

• 6 years of accounting experience with an AA degree
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Minimum 2-year degree in accounting, finance, business, or similar
• Experience assisting with internal and external audits
