Accounting Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting a team of accountants, the full-time Accounting Specialist will provide full-charge accounting services, ensuring timely and accurate financial information for clients while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Import sales, cost of goods sold, deposits, and inventory movement entries into accounting software
• Manually enter invoices and perform reconciliations for bank, credit card, and loan transactions
• Research discrepancies in receiving or banking activity and provide support to the accounting team and retailers

Required qualifications

• A two-year technical degree or higher or equivalent accounting experience
• Proficient understanding of debits and credits and basic accounting principles
• Ability to remain calm and positive in a fast-paced environment
