Accounting Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the Global Finance team remotely in Mexico, the Accounting Specialist will manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month-end close activities while ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with organizational policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and process accounts payable, accounts receivable, and team member expenses using financial platforms
• Support the Finance team with account reconciliations and analyses, serving as the point of contact for Finance-related inquiries
• Record journal entries, complete balance sheet reconciliations, and assist with internal controls and process improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Working knowledge of general accounting principles
