Accounting Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting a team of accountants, the full-time Accounting Specialist will import sales data, manually enter invoices, and perform reconciliations while providing exceptional customer hospitality in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Import sales, cost of goods sold, deposits, and inventory movement entries into accounting software
• Manually enter invoices and match them to receiving activity, ensuring accuracy
• Conduct bank, credit card, and loan reconciliations each financial period

Required qualifications

• A two-year technical degree or higher, or equivalent accounting experience
• Proficient understanding of debits, credits, and basic accounting principles
• Ability to remain calm and positive in a fast-paced environment
• Actively seeks training and growth opportunities
• Effective communication skills with peers and clients
