Job Summary
Processing agency commissions for Property & Casualty Services, the full-time Direct Bill Specialist will import and post transactions, reconcile cash received, and perform corrections as needed in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Post direct bill transactions by importing or manually entering data into the system
- Reconcile cash received with agency commissions posted and address any discrepancies
- Communicate promptly with management regarding issues with carrier statements and processing imports
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of general accounting or clerical experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience with Applied Epic or similar Account Management Systems (AMS) preferred
- Understanding of accounting processes and practices
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform repetitive tasks involving sight and hand movements
