Accounting Success Specialist
Job Summary
As the primary point of contact for clients using production accounting and payroll software, the full-time remote Accounting Success Specialist will assist with inquiries via phone, email, and chat, while also contributing to QA testing and ensuring a positive client experience.
Key responsibilities
- Work directly with clients to answer their accounting and software support questions
- Assist with QA testing of new software releases and escalate issues as needed
- Utilize HubSpot help desk software to log tickets and perform data integrity GL reconciliations
Required qualifications
- Experience supporting accounting or business operations software
- Knowledge of the basics of production accounting is a plus
- Ability to manage high volumes of inquiries under pressure
- Enthusiastic attitude towards providing superior customer service
- Experience with personal computers and printer desktop support
