Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Supervisor (Flex Location).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial statement preparation and perform in-depth analysis of financial data
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff while assisting with audits and tax reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
• 5-7+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and GAAP
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Oracle, NetSuite, and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to analyze financial data and identify trends and variances
