Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Accounting Specialists team, ensuring efficient service delivery
• Manage team performance, conduct quality audits, and provide feedback to staff
• Serve as a subject matter expert and facilitate team meetings to enhance client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in accounting or financial operations, preferably in an automotive dealership environment
• 5+ years of supervisory or team lead experience
• Strong knowledge of dealership accounting principles and OEM guidelines
• Expertise in Excel or Google Sheets and financial reporting tools
• Technology skills to utilize various DMS systems and OEM-based software
