Accounting Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Supervisor to manage financial operations and enhance efficiency within the finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
• Evaluate and strengthen accounting processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience, including general ledger and close processes
• Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite experience is a plus
• Advanced Excel skills, including XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
• Continuous improvement mindset focused on building scalable processes
• CPA preferred; Big 4 experience is a plus
