Accounting Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Supervisor to lead and enhance accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of monthly GAAP financial statements and Board-level reporting packages
• Oversee accounts payable processes and manage bank and credit card reconciliations
• Identify automation improvements and collaborate with the Finance team to enhance financial data quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems
• Deep understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and analysis
