Accounting Supervisor

Job Summary

Supporting the Corporate Accounting team, the full-time salaried Accounting Supervisor will manage month-end closing processes, oversee account reconciliations, and collaborate on special projects in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee team members' pre-close and post-close activities for the month-end closing process, including journal entries and accruals
• Prepare and research balance sheet reconciliations in Blackline for assigned accounts, resolving any discrepancies
• Analyze complex financial reports and support special projects, including data preparation for annual audits

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three years of experience required
• Three years of experience as an Accountant in the healthcare field preferred
• Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with Pivot tables and VLOOKUP
• Experience with sophisticated GL systems, preferably NetSuite and Blackline
• Ability to manage and analyze large volumes of data accurately
