Accounting Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading a team of junior accounting personnel, the full-time remote Accounting Supervisor will manage billing processes, oversee accounts receivable and collections, and ensure compliance with financial regulations while supporting the monthly closing process.

Key responsibilities

• Review and resolve billing process issues, maintaining statements and invoices
• Supervise the billing team, including hiring, training, and performance reviews
• Assist with GAAP financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting regulations

Required qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience as an Accounting Supervisor or Team Lead, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
• Experience in the Software as a Service (SaaS) industry
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting regulations
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field from an accredited institution
• Experience with financial accounting systems and Microsoft suite
