Accounting Supervisor

Job Summary

To support a growing finance team, the full-time remote Accounting Supervisor will manage the monthly and quarterly close processes, oversee revenue accounting under ASC 606, and lead billing and collections efforts while supervising two accounting staff members.

Key responsibilities

• Own the monthly and quarterly close calendar, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting across all group entities
• Execute revenue accounting in compliance with ASC 606, managing deferred revenue and contract reviews
• Supervise the accounts receivable process, focusing on billing accuracy and collections management to improve aging profiles

Required qualifications

• Full ownership of a monthly close in a multi-entity environment, including reviewing others' work
• Hands-on experience with ASC 606 in a subscription software or SaaS business
• Practical knowledge of NetSuite, preferably with migration or implementation experience
• Experience with multi-currency and intercompany accounting, including preparation of relevant entries
• Proven track record in accounts receivable and collections management, including supervisory experience
