To support daily operations, the full-time Accounting Support Clerk I will manage various accounting functions, including processing payments, maintaining records, and generating reports, in a hybrid remote environment based in Bakersfield, CA.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations and execute specialized tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Process various payment types and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Generate daily Data Integrity Updates and perform regular audits for accuracy in payment postings
Required qualifications
  • Associate degree and 2-4 years of experience in Accounting, Medical Billing, Finance, or Banking
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel at a beginner/intermediate level
  • Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail
