Job Summary
To support daily operations, the full-time Accounting Support Clerk I will manage various accounting functions, including processing payments, maintaining records, and generating reports, in a hybrid remote environment based in Bakersfield, CA.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and execute specialized tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Process various payment types and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Generate daily Data Integrity Updates and perform regular audits for accuracy in payment postings
Required qualifications
- Associate degree and 2-4 years of experience in Accounting, Medical Billing, Finance, or Banking
- Experience with Microsoft Excel at a beginner/intermediate level
- Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail
