Job Summary

Provide ongoing support for Accounting users through phone, email, and chat channels
Assist new Accounting customers in setting up the module and provide training
Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve product functionality

Required Qualifications:

1+ years in a customer-facing role
Ability to develop strong client relationships and problem-solve
Ability to work effectively with internal teams
SaaS support experience and/or legal experience desired
Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing team environment
