Job Summary

To support accurate customer credit processing, the full-time salaried Accounting Support Specialist will coordinate return merchandise authorization activities, manage customer return requests, and assist with general accounting tasks in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage daily customer return requests by validating information and submitting requests to vendors
  • Process customer credits related to returned equipment and reconcile vendor credits with customer orders
  • Prepare month-end reporting for open return requests and assist with internal and external audit documentation
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of two years of experience in accounting support, order management, or customer service preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams and with external partners
