Job Summary
A company is looking for an Accounting Support Specialist who will provide ongoing support for Accounting users, assist with setting up the Accounting module, gather customer feedback, and resolve product-related support issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction through phone, email, and chat support channels
- Support new Accounting customers in setting up the module and provide group training
- Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve product functionality and enhance the customer experience
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of customer-facing experience in Support, Customer Success, or Business Development
- Ability to develop strong client relationships and critically problem-solve
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal teams
- Outstanding probing and listening skills
- SaaS support experience and/or legal experience desired
