Accounting Systems Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Accounting Systems & Transformation to lead the evolution of its financial infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the long-term vision for the accounting tech stack and implement automated solutions to improve the monthly close process
• Serve as the functional lead for NetSuite, managing configurations, saved searches, custom records, and Advanced Revenue Management
• Execute high-priority automation projects, including intercompany eliminations and SaaS metric reporting

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance Systems, or FinTech operations
• Extensive hands-on experience with NetSuite, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Deep understanding of SaaS-specific accounting challenges, including ASC 606 revenue recognition
• Proven track record of leading large-scale ERP implementations or automation projects
• Comfort with integrations, SQL, or SuiteScript is a significant plus
