Accounting Systems Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of analysts, the remote Accounting Systems Manager will manage system implementations and enhancements across finance functions, mentor team members, and serve as an escalation point for technical issues while actively contributing to solution design and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of analysts, balancing project demands with individual development goals
• Lead the full lifecycle of system initiatives, including acquisition, design, testing, rollout, and ongoing maintenance
• Collaborate with end users to design impactful reporting solutions, focusing on Power BI and related tools

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading or managing technical or analytical staff
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
• Strong Excel skills (Intermediate to Advanced)
• Experience gathering business requirements and designing processes in a corporate setting
• Working knowledge of Power BI for reporting and analysis
