Accounting Systems Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and technically proficient Accounting Systems Manager, this full-time remote position will own and evolve the organization's accounting and finance technology stack, primarily utilizing NetSuite, while partnering with various leadership teams to enhance finance systems maturity and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Own, administer, and maintain the NetSuite ERP platform, ensuring stability, security, and operational effectiveness
• Design and maintain integrations between NetSuite and supporting finance systems, ensuring reliable and auditable data flows
• Operate as an internal consultant to leadership, identifying enhancement opportunities and translating business challenges into scalable system solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience across multiple modules
• Experience managing ERP implementation and optimization projects end-to-end
• Strong understanding of accounting and finance workflows including AP, AR, and financial close processes
• Technical fluency in NetSuite's customization and integration toolset
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
