Accounting Systems Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and technically proficient Accounting Systems Manager, this remote role will own and administer the organization's accounting and finance technology stack, primarily utilizing NetSuite, while collaborating with various departments to enhance finance systems and drive operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the NetSuite ERP platform, ensuring stability, security, and operational effectiveness
• Design and manage integrations between NetSuite and supporting finance systems, ensuring reliable data flows and minimal manual entry
• Operate as an internal consultant to various leadership teams, identifying enhancement opportunities and translating business challenges into scalable system solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience across multiple modules
• Experience managing ERP implementation and optimization projects, including coordination with third-party partners
• Strong understanding of accounting and finance workflows, including AP, AR, and financial close processes
• Technical fluency in NetSuite's customization and integration toolset
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
