Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team for efficient workflow and professional growth
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement new accounting processes and technologies
• Ensure compliance with local GAAP standards, manage audits, and prepare financial statements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, including leadership roles
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations
• Fluency in both English and Lithuanian (written and spoken)
• Experience in the technology company (start-up) or e-commerce industry is a plus
