Job Summary
A company is looking for an Accounting Team Manager (Manufacturing) with multi-client experience, to work remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee accounting operations including month-end close, inventory reconciliations, and cost analysis
- Manage and mentor accounting teams while developing processes and making decisions
- Collaborate with operations, purchasing, and production teams to ensure accurate inventory accounting and cost management
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in small business accounting across multiple industries
- Strong knowledge of inventory and cost accounting specific to manufacturing
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Enterprise and familiarity with other ERP systems
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline; CPA candidate is a plus
- Experience in managing multiple teams and developing accounting processes
