Accounting Team Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing manufacturing practice, the full-time salaried Accounting Team Manager will oversee multi-client accounting operations, manage inventory accounting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own month-end close processes, ensuring inventory and COGS accuracy
• Analyze margins, cost drivers, and production variances while supporting inventory reconciliations
• Lead and mentor accounting teams, driving process development and decision-making

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in small business accounting operations across multiple industries
• Strong expertise in inventory and cost accounting, particularly in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise and familiarity with other ERP systems
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline; CPA candidate is a plus
• Experience with software applications related to accounting and inventory management
